Refund Eligibility

At Nvoque, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are eligible for refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for refunds
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be refunded

How to Initiate a Refund

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the completed return form (sent with your order)
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in your Return Authorization

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International customers may be subject to customs duties which are non-refundable

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our standard refund process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

During seasonal sales or special promotions, exchange policies may vary. Please check product pages for specific details.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
