Shipping Methods
Nvoque offers worldwide shipping through trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, and local postal services. Shipping methods vary by destination and product type.
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days (selected countries only)
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification. Custom-made items may require additional 3-5 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping is available for orders over $150 USD to selected countries.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Some countries may have restrictions on certain fabrics or clothing items - please check your local regulations before ordering.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery problems, please contact our customer service within 14 days of shipment. For lost or damaged packages, we require notification within 30 days of shipment to process claims.
